Minister hails Mona Khizindar's selection as director general of the Arab World Institute in Paris

Akhir 20, 1432 H/ March 25, 2011, SPA -- Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz Khojah hailed the selection of Mona Khizindar, a Saudi woman, as director general of the Arab World Institute in Paris.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency on this occasion, he said that the consensus of Arab ambassadors on nominating Khizindar for this position is a source of pride for all Saudis and Arabs attributing this achievement to Saudi leadership's support.
He said Khizindar will officially assume her new post next month.
In turn, Khizindar thanked Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud's government, Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz Khojah and all Arab culture ministers for their support for her.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, she hoped to boost relations between France and the Arab world including the GCC and Saudi Arabia.
