General Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa met here Monday the U.S. Ambassador to Bahrain Stephanie William and the Commander of the U.S. Fifth Fleet Admiral Mark Fox. During the meeting, Sheikh Rashid Al Khalifa highlighted that the outcomes of the efforts to restore the security situation in the Kingdom of Bahrain are clear in all domains with the resumption of works in all vital facilities, whether in government or in the private sector. "Nevertheless, the citizens and residents have returned to the normal life schedules, especially in view of the desire shown by everyone to maintain order and civil peace and overcome the (current) crisis and not to breach security," he said. For her part, Stephanie William underlined the need to restore security and stability in Bahrain and spoke about the importance of the stability in the region in general. She pointed out that the best way to deal with the (current) situation is the acceptance of all parties with the principle of national dialogue, a way of understanding and compromise to achieve national goals.
