Akhir 14, 1432, March 19, 2011, SPA-- The Vice President General of The Holy Mosque Affairs in Makkah Dr Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Khozayim stressed that that the royal decrees issued on Friday by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud came in line with the aspirations of citizens and reflected the King's keenness on the continuation of the march of the progress and prosperity being witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people. He pointed out that the decrees included religious aspects such as the establishment of Ifta (Edict) branches in all provinces, support for call and memorization of the Holy Quran; the establishment of Islamic Fiqh (Jurisprudence) Academy in the Kingdom; and non-criticism of Muslim scholars.
