Dabbagh said that companies having foreign capitals and wishing to establish projects in Najran Province will be awarded incentives associated with the rehabilitation and employment of Saudi cadres through the deduction of 50% from the costs of training and employment of Saudis, 50% from the costs of research and development, and 50% of the values of capital investment from taxes. He announced the establishment of Comprehensive Services Center in Najran Province, similar to other centers in the Kingdom's provinces, to provide services and facilities for the establishment of investment projects.
