Prince Salman Receives Secretary General of Aga Khan Award for Architecture

Akhir 08, 1432, March 13, 2011, SPA-- Prince Salman Ibn Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Province, received here today the Secretary General of Aga Khan Award for Architecture Eng. Farrukh Darkashani, currently on a visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the invitation of High Commission for the Development of Arriyadh.
During the meeting, they exchanged cordial talks and discussed a number of distinguished projects in Riyadh including the projects that have already won Aga Khan Award, namely Al-Kindi Square, outer ring and agriculture in Diplomatic Enclave in 1410H., the development of the Center of Riyadh City in 1416, Tuwaiq Palace in Diplomatic Enclave in 1419 and Wadi (Valley) Hanifa in 1431.
The reception was attended Dr. Awwad bin Saleh Al-Awwad, Advisor to the Governor of Riyadh .
