The Cabinet authorized the Minister of Culture and Information -or his deputy- to sign a draft agreement for cooperation and news exchange between the Saudi Press Agency and Qatar News Agency. The Cabinet approved a number of appointments as follows: 1- Mansour bin Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Mansour appointed to the post of Ambassador at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 2- Dr. Haya bint Abdulaziz bin Ali Al-Awwad appointed to the post of Undersecretary for Academic Affairs (Rank 15) at the Ministry of Education / Girls Education. 3- Nasser bin Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Hawas appointed to the post of Administrative Consultant (Rank 14) at the Ministry of Defense and Aviation and the Office of Inspector General. 4- Abdul-Elah bin Hassan bin Umar Al Al-Sheikh appointed to the post of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 5- Ahmad bin Saleh bin Mansour Al-Shaqha appointed to the post of Assistant Secretary General for Preparatory Committee Affairs (Rank 14) at the Secretariat General of the Supreme Council for Petroleum and Minerals.
