Prince Miteb bin Abdullah Decorates Manager of National Guard Upgrade Program with New Rank

Akhir 01, 1432 / March 6, 2011, SPA -- Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet and Commander of the National Guard, decorated here today the Manager of National Guard Upgrade Program Brigadier Frank D. Turner with his new rank.
During the decoration ceremony, Prince Miteb hailed the efforts exerted by Major General Turner.
The decoration ceremony was attended by Assistant Deputy Commander of National Guard Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz Al-Tuwaijri, US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia James Smith and a number of officials.
