Awwal 30, 1432, March 05, 2011, SPA -- Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas held Monday evening a telephonic conversation with Tunisian Interim President Fouad Mebazaa. During the telephone call, the Palestinian President reaffirmed the depth of Tunisian-Palestinian relations and wished Tunisia progress and prosperity. President Abbas also valued the firm support extended by Tunisia to the cause of Palestine and the right of the Palestinian people to establish an independent state. For his part, Mebazaa announced Tunisian interim government's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and the right of Palestinian people to establish an independent state.
