Crown Prince Sends Cable of Congratulations to Bulgaria's President

Awwal 27, 1432 H/March 2, 2011, SPA -- Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General has sent a cable of congratulations to President Georgi Parvanov of the Republic of Bulgaria on the anniversary of his country's Liberation Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the people of Bulgaria steady progress and prosperity.
