Second Saudi sports to be launched

Awwal 18, 1432 H/Feb 21, 2011, SPA -- Prince Turki bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Culture and Information and General Supervisor of the Saudi Sports Channel, has said that on the occasion or the return home of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Ministry of Culture and Information decided to launch a second Saudi sports channel.
Prince Turki bin Sultan said the second Saudi sports will be launched on Wednesday in line with directives by Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz Khojah.
In a statement, Prince Turki bin Sultan highlighted progress achieved by the Saudi media to keep pace with progress in the kingdom.
