Qatari Premier and Foreign Minister Receives U.N. Official

Awwal 17, 1432, Feb 20, 2011, SPA -- Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani, the Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister received here today Valerie Amos, Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator and the accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of supporting and strengthening the cooperation between the State of Qatar and the international organization and prospects of coordination in humanitarian issues around the world and responding to disasters.
