Awwal 15, 1432 H/Feb 18, 2011, SPA -- Under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources will host an extraordinary ministerial meeting of the International Energy Forum to sign the charter of its secretariat-general, which coincides with the 20th anniversary of starting dialogue among petroleum producers and consumers. On this occasion, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi described the meeting as taking place on time and at the right place, in reference to the city of Riyadh which wittnessed the issuance of the the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to put forward a framework for revamping the dialogue among petroleum producing and consuming countries. -- SPA
