Higher Education Minister Signs MOC with the Finnish Education Minister

Awwal 13, 1432 H/Feb 16, 2011, SPA -- Within his current visit to Finland, Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Angari and the Finnish Minister of Education and Culture Hanna Virtanen signed yesterday in the capital Helsinki of the Nordic country a memorandum of cooperation (MOC) to support scientific and education relations between the two countries.
The MOC aimed to promote the exchange of visits between officials of higher education, academic members staff, researchers and cooperation between them in areas of common interest in addition to the exchange of delegations in the fields of science and education.
