Awwal 13, 1432, Feb 16, 2011, SPA-- Saudi Aramco Company has signed with Siemens A. G. Company an agreement to establish a new manufacturing center including a plant for the production of gas turbines and rotational equipment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as repair workshops and maintenance facilities to serve the Saudi market and the Middle East. The agreement came during a joint meeting held by Saudi Aramco President and Chief Executive Officer Eng. Khalid Bin Abdulaziz Al-Faleh with Siemens President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Loescher. Eng. Al-Faleh pointed out that the Center will be established in the Eastern Province. It will be managed by Saudi and international technicians. The center will be operational within 18 months after governmental permits, and create a large number of employment opportunities.
