16 Hospitals for Mental Health and Addiction Treatment are Under Construction, says Spokesman

Awwal 12, 1432, Feb 15, 2011, SPA -- The Ministry of Health has approved the establishment of a Hospital of Mental Health and Addiction Treatment in Riyadh Province at a total cost of SR 350 million with a capacity of 500 beds.
The Spokesman of the Ministry of Health Dr. Khalid Marghalani pointed out that there are new projects under construction including 16 hospitals for mental health and addiction treatment in various provinces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and some of them will be finished shortly, noting that there are 20 existing hospitals for mental health and addiction treatment in the Kingdom.
