Hillary Clinton Telephones Palestinian President

Awwal 11, 1432, Feb 14, 2011, SPA -- Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas received yesterday a telephone call from U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
During the telephonic conversation, they discussed the latest developments in the region.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian President telephoned Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit and was reassured about the current situation in Egypt.
President Abbas wished that the leadership represented in the Supreme Council of the Egyptian Armed Forces and the Government, would bring about stability for the Egyptian people.
