Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Arrives in Riyadh

Awwal 09, 1432H/Feb 12, 2011, SPA -- Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Sultanov who is also the Special Envoy of the President of Russian Federation arrived here today.
At Riyadh Air Base, Sultanov was received by Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr. Nizar Obaid Madani.
