The Minister of Rural Development and Cooperation of the South Sudan government was shot dead at his Ministry in Juba, South Sudan, today by a driver working at the Ministry, who shot dead also a guard and himself. The Spokesperson of South Sudan Army Philip Aguirre said that the Minister was killed after the referendum results, which confirmed that South Sudan will be the most modern country in Africa.
