Awwal 04, 1432 H/Feb 07, 2011, SPA -- Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud laid the foundation stone of Prince Naif Center for Health Sciences Research at King Saud University's Riyadh Techno Valley here today. Prince Naif also laid the foundation stones of the Social Club of the university's personnel and the mosque of the university city of female students. In a speech on the occasion, Prince Naif hailed progress achieved by the university. After the speech, Prince Naif and the audience watched the implantation of a cochlear device for the child Rawand Hraizat from the city of Hebron, Palestine, as one of the achievements of Prince Naif Center for Health Sciences Research. The operation was ordered by Deputy Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Rawand Hraizat is one and a half years old and suffers from severe hearing loss.
