King of Jordan Meets Palestinian President

Awwal 04, 1432, Feb 07, 2011, SPA -- Jordan's King Abdullah II met here on Saturday Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and discussed with him the latest regional developments, especially the course of events in the Palestinian territories.
An official Jordanian statement said the talks also dealt with circumstances surrounding the peace process and ways to move forward on the Arab and international arenas in order to achieve the desired progress within the framework of the targeted efforts to resolve the Palestinian - Israeli conflict based on a two-state solution in a regional context to achieve a comprehensive peace.
