Director General of the Border Guard Corps Major General Zamim bin Juwair Alsawat, tonight conveyed the condolence of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz the Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior, Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Interior for Security Affairs, and the personnel of the Border Guard in all parts of the Kingdom to the family of Vice Sergeant Mohammed bin Ali Al-Majrashi, who martyred in action during a battle early Tuesday with infiltrators trying to cross the border at Abulradeef post at Al-Khoba Province. During a visit to the martyr's family home, Alsawat conveyed the order of Prince Mohammed bin Naif under the instructions of Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz to pay them SR100,000 in cash as an immediate bursary, SR1 million to settle the deceased debts and purchase a house for his family, promote him to the post of Sergeant, count his end-of-service premiums as per his new post, grant him King Abdulaziz medal and badge of honor and appoint one of his sons to the Border Guard in recognition of his deeds and sacrifice for the country. The family of Al-Majrashi thanked the Kingdom's leadership for their care of Saudi citizens, wishing the country every stability and security. The condolence session was also attended by Commander of the Border Guard Corps Major General Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Ayde, and a number of commanders, officers and soldiers of the Border Guard.
