Spain's unemployment rate - the eurozone's highest - rose by more than half a percentage point to 20.33 per cent in the fourth quarter, the National Statistics Institute said Friday, according to dpa. The number of jobless people to rose to about 4.7 million. The number of households with all of their active members unemployed increased by 35,600 to 1.3 million. Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero's government has tried to stem unemployment with reforms including making the labour market more flexible.
