Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, President of Youth Welfare, has received a cable of congratulation from Abdulrahman bin Hamad Al-Atiyyah, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, on recently being appointed to the post.
In a replying cable, Prince Nawaf bin Faisal thanked Al-Atiyyah on his noble feelings.
