U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived in Sanaa today on an unannounced visit to Yemen. In an announcement, the U.S. Embassy in Sana'a, said Clinton's visit will last only some hours during which she will meet with Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh to discuss views on emerging issues and other topics of common interests. She is scheduled to meet a number of politicians and journalists after her meeting with the President. It is worth mentioning that Clinton's visit to Sana'a is the first visit of a U.S. Secretary of State to Yemen for more than twenty years.
