Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Qatar received here today Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, the Designate Secretary-General the Cooperation Council for Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) and the accompanying delegation, who came to greet the Emir on his appointment as new GCC Secretary-General. The Qatari Emir wished Dr. Al-Zayani a grand success in his new duties to serve the march of the GCC.
