Prince Sultan bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, General President of Youth Welfare and Chairman of the Saudi and Arab Soccer Federations, arrived in the Qatari capital of Doha this evening on an official visit to lead his country's sports mission participating in the Asia Cup finals 2011 which will kick off here tomorrow. He was received by Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, Chairman of the championship's Organizing Committee and Chairman of the Qatari Soccer Federation, Saudi ambassador to Qatar Ahmed Al-Qahtani, Dr. Saleh bin Nasser, Special Advisor to Prince Sultan bin Fahd, a number of Qatari officials and Saudi official delegation's members. In an arrival statement, Prince Sultan bin Fahd expressed pleasure to visit Qatar and attend Asia's finals, lauding the preparedness of Qatar to organize this event. He reassured Saudis and observers of the readiness of his country's team to fight for the title among fierce and respectable rivals. He was accompanied by Prince Saad bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Musaed; Prince Al-Waleed bin Badr bin Saud; Prince Musaed bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz; Prince Fahd bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz, Advisors to the General President of Youth Welfare; and Waleed bin Abdullah Al-Manea, Special Secretary to the General President of Youth Welfare.
