Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja, Minister of Culture and Information, today paid a visit to Assir Foundation for Journalism and Publications in Abha. At the venue, he was received by Prince Bandar bin Khalid Al-Faisal, President of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, and senior officials of the facility. He praised Al-Watan newspaper, its presentation and responsible views, describing it as a bright star in the sky of journalism in Saudi Rabia. He said "all of us are defending our religion, homeland and national integration under the prudent leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General; and Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior". He said Saudi journalism is steadily making great strides, thanking Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Governor of Makkah Region, for his help for Al-Watan newspaper to overcome obstacles of coming out to life ten years ago. Dr. Khoja was accompanied by Abdulrahman Al-Hazza'a, Consultant and Supervisor for TV, and a number of officials.
