The White House on Tuesday said that French President Nicolas Sarkozy will visit U.S. President Barack Obama next week. In a statement released by the White House Press Office, it was announced that President Obama would welcome Sarkozy to the White House on Monday, January 10. "As France assumes the Presidency of the G-8 and the G-20 for 2011, the President looks forward to working with President Sarkozy to sustain the global economic recovery and create jobs. The two Presidents will also discuss a broad range of current foreign policy and security issues," the statement read.
