The Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced this morning that the total value of shares traded on the Saudi Stock Exchange amounted to SR 65.39 billion in December last year, an increase of 38% in comparison with November transactions amounted to SR 47.24 billion. In its report issued today, the Authority said individual sales amounted to SR 57.96 billion and purchases amounted to SR 54.41 billion of all market operations, while companies' sales amounted to SR 1.68 billion and purchases amounted to SR 4.43 billion.
