A Miami air passenger said he had forgotten all about the loaded gun in his pack when he tried to board a flight to Cuba. Juan Manuel Baldoquin, 48, was jailed on $10,000 bond for carrying a concealed weapon and grand theft of a firearm, since the .25 caliber pistol had been reported stolen in 1996, UPI quoted The Miami Herald as reporting today. The Herald said Baldoquin had been on his way to Havana when a Transportation Security Administration agent spotted the gun as Baldoquin's pack passed through an X-ray machine Friday. Baldoquin reportedly told police: "That is my firearm, I honestly forgot that I was carrying the firearm," The Herald said.
