Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday he hoped the United States would ratify a strategic nuclear arms pact with Russia. Medvedev, who was speaking with students in Mumbai as part of his two-day visit to India, also said that if Russia failed to find its place in a joint NATO-Russia missile defence, very difficult decisions would have to be taken by both sides in the next three to five years, according to a report of Reuters.
