Chiefs of Jordanian and Lebanese Armies Hold Talks on Defense Cooperation

Chairman of Jordan's Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen Meshaal Mohammad Zaben on Monday discussed with Commander of the Lebanese Army General Jean Kahwagi means to enhance cooperation between the two armies and other issues of common concern.
During the meeting attended by Prince Faisal Bin AL Hussein, Zaben and Kahwagi inked a military agreement to formulate a legal framework for bilateral military cooperation.
The Lebanese Commander and his accompanying delegation were briefed on the Jordanian Armed Forces' development march and its duties and tasks, the Jordanian news agency "PETRA" reported.
