Jordanian Minister of Industry and Trade Amer Hadidi on Sunday discussed with a Jordanian-Lebanese Friendship Association delegation ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries especially in areas of economy and trade. During the meeting, the two sides stressed that Jordan and Lebanon maintain solid and advanced relations, calling for further strengthening and developing bilateral trade exchange. The discussions also dealt with the association's role in developing and achieving economic integration between the two countries and other regional countries. The association also works to develop economic relations, facilitate joint investments, exchange expertise and strengthen ties between the two countries in various walks of life. During the past nine months, the volume of trade exchange between the two countries reached about JD146 million, Jordan News Agency (Petra) reported.
