Concluded their 34th conference here today, the Commanders of Arab Police and Security called on the member countries to seek to develop an Arab guiding document on the standards of treatment in the implementation phase of the penal provisions to ensure the human rights and constitute a reference to Arab countries in this regard. The delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the conference was headed by Lieutenant General Saeed bin Abdullah Al-Qahtani, Director of Public Security. According to a statement of the Secretariat of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers, the Conference recommended to ensure the safety of information and communication systems and the use of encryption and hide information in these systems to ensure non-penetration and increase the penalties for crimes related to terrorism Information.
