General on the GCC railway project, relevant studies, detailed engineering designs, and issued directives to speed up the implementation of the same. - Laws and regulations on social and industrial affairs: The Supreme Council endorsed the approval by Economic and Financial Cooperation Committee of amendments to the anti-dumping code and anti-dumping and countervailing measures and safeguards to comply with the relevant WTO's requirements and international standards. - On Human and Environmental Affairs: The Supreme Council discussed a number of topics pertaining to joint action on human and environmental issues. These include: - in the field of education: The Supreme Council noted a follow-up report by the GCC Secretariat-General on education, and expressed satisfaction at the steps taken to implement the decisions therein, and at the development endeavors being made by the Member States.
