Hijjah 30, 1431, Dec 06, 2010 (SPA) -- The GCC (The Cooperation Council For the Arab States of the Gulf) foreign ministers concluded here Sunday Evening their 117th ministerial meeting, held ahead of the two-day GCC summit which starts later today in Abu Dhabi. The meeting was chaired by the UAE Foreign Minister, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan with the attendance of GCC Secretary General Abdul Rahman bin Hamad Al Atiyyah. During the meeting, they submitted their recommendations relevant to political, economic, security, military and other issues to the Supreme Council. The ministers also discussed the draft of the final statement and decided to submit it to the Supreme Council for the leaders' approval, the UAE news agency "WAM" reported. The GCC is made up of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.
