Hijjah 23, 1431, Nov 29, 2010, SPA -- A Gulf-African Investment Conference-2010 will start its two-day deliberations here next Saturday to promote economic partnerships with Africa in Six Strategic Areas. As many as Six heads of Sub-Saharan African states and a number of princes, ministers and heads of international and regional organizations will attend the conference, which is being organized by the Council of Saudi Chambers in collaboration with the Gulf Research Center. The conference will focus on means of strengthening economic relations between the members of The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) and sub-Saharan African states through a study and discussion of several main themes including the investment environment; trade exchange; financing trade; agriculture; mining; the natural resources, energy, communications and the infrastructure sectors, according to a press release of the Council of Saudi Chambers issued here today. --MORE
