Hijjah 22, 1431, Nov 28, 2010, SPA -- As many as 309,383 pilgrims, have so far arrived in Madinah, through Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport, and other entry points after performing Hajj rituals. As many as 101,349 pilgrims have left the city while 207,995 pilgrims are still in the city to offer prayers at the Prophet's Holy Mosque. In its report issued today, the Secretariat of Hajj Committee in Madinah said that Iranians topped the list of arrival pilgrims in Madinah with a figure of 28,190 followed by 22,777 Egyptians and 18,432 Indonesians. The report affirmed that all concerned departments have provided best services to pilgrims around the clock.
