Emir of Qatar, President of Uzbekistan Hold Talks

Hijjah 18, 1431 / Nov. 24, 2010, SPA -- Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani of Qatar held talks here today with President Islom Karimov of Uzbekistan, who is currently visiting Qatar.
The talks dealt with issues of common interest in addition to ways of enhancing relations between the two countries in all fields.
Following the meeting, the two leaders signed several agreements in the legal, economic, trade and technical fields in addition to a memorandum of understanding in the fields of oil, diplomatic relations, environment and natural resources preservation.
