Hijjah 16, 1431, Nov 22, 2010, SPA -- Speaker of Saudi Majlis Al-Shura, Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al Asheikh led the Saudi delegation to the 4th session of speakers and heads of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Shura, National and Representatives Councils (Parliaments) which concluded here today. The meeting lauded the outcome of the participation of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz in the G20 Summit in Toronto, Canada and his speech at the meeting, which was full of wisdom, insight, keenness and balanced outlook for a more shinning world for all countries and communities. They extended congratulations to the King for the prominent success of this year's Hajj performance, thanked the Kingdom's exerted efforts in order to develop and expand holy rites, and highlighted services and facilities it offers to make it easier and safe for pilgrims to perform the 5th holy ritual in Islam. The final session expressed appreciation and comfort for the co-visit of the King and the Syrian President to Lebanon and its consequences that led to rapprochement in points of view between Syria and Lebanon.
