UAE Military Aircraft Crashes during Training Mission

Hijjah 16, 1431 / Nov. 22, 2010, SPA -- The General Command of the UAE Armed Forces announced that a Hawk military trainer aircraft belonging to the country's Air Force and Air Defence crashed today during a routine training mission.
The incident in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah killed the pilot. The authorities rushed to the site and began an investigation to determine the cause of the accident, WAM reported.
