Crown Prince Sends Cable of Congratulations to Iraqi President

Hijjah 09, 1431 H/Nov. 15, SPA-- Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Jalal Talabani of Iraq on the occasion of his re-election as a president of Iraq.
The Crown Prince congratulated Iraqi President and wished the President permanent good health and happiness and the people of Iraq steady progress and prosperity.
The Crown Prince hailed the relations between the two brotherly countries, stressing his keenness on enhancing them in all fields.
