Hijjah 1431/ Nov 14, SPA-- Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Muhiddin Khoja made today a tour at the centre of the Ministry at Arafat rite where he reviewed implementation of the Ministry's plan to broadcast Hajj rites of this year, and the mechanisms to facilitate for local, Arab and world news outlets to cover the rites of Hajj. The Minister began his tour by a visit to the outside broadcasting vans, then he toured Saudi Press Agency's (SPA) site, the Ministry's Information Centre and concluded the tour by visiting the Ministry's communication tower and radio and TV studios. The Minister met media men there, where he asserted the keenness of the Ministry to fully play its role in serving the pilgrims. He expressed gratitude and satisfaction at the Ministry's efforts to broadcast live the rites of Hajj and asserted the Ministry eagerness to give a hand to all media men to carry on with their tasks. The Minister was accompanied in his tour by the Supervisor General of Saudi Television Abdulrahman Al-Hazzaa, Director General of Saudi Press Agency (SPA) Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Hussein, Deputy Minister for engineering affairs Eng. Riyadh Najm and Assistant Deputy Minister for Broadcasting affairs Ibrahim Al-Saqoub. -- SPA
