Hijjah 02, 1431, Nov 08, 2010, SPA -- Leaders of Iraq's main political blocs concluded their first meeting since parliamentary elections in March without an agreement on the makeup of a new government. The leaders meeting in the northern city of Irbil said after the 90-minute session that they would meet again Tuesday in Baghdad. The morning session was attended by all leaders of the main political blocs, including Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and Ayad Allawi, the Associated Press reported.
