Pledge Commission expresses pleasure on the selection of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques among the most influential international dignitaries Riyadh, 28 Zul-Qaedah 1431 H. / 5 November 2010, SPA -- Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Chief of the Allegiance-Pledge Commission, today expressed pleasure on the selection by the U.S. renowned magazine of Forbes of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud as the world's third most influential international dignitary. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency, Prince Mishaal said "this matter is a cause of pride and glory for all Saudi citizens for the great and honorable place our dedicated leader has occupied among the world leaders". He said the monarch has broken through the path for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to become one of the great nations of the world in the political, scientific, economic and social fields, making it a destination for all the world countries seeking its help in all fields. Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz added that the efforts of the monarch were not confined to his people and country but also extended for the help of all world countries, citing his endeavors to solve Arab conflicts, provision of relief to the needy, assistance to Islamic countries, his initiative on the dialogue of followers of different religions and efforts on terror combat at the international arena.
