The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques ranks 3rd on the Forbes 2010 list of the 'World's Most Powerful People" in his capacity as an influential king of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that embraces the most two holy Muslim cities around the world and has a large reserve of oil. The magazine pointed out that King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has applied great and gradual progressive reforms in the Kingdom and maintained good relations at the regional and international levels.
