MWL Secretary General Honors Memorizers of the Holy Quran in Yemen

Qa'dah 21, 1431 H/Oct 29, 2010, SPA -- Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsen Al-Turki, Secretary General of Muslim World League (MWL), patronized here today the 14th annual honoring ceremony of the graduation of memorizers of the Holy Quran of students from the Charitable Society to teach the Holy Quran in Wadi Hadramout, in the presence of the Minister of Endowments and Guidance of the Republic of Yemen, Judge Hamoud Al-Hattar and a number of officials.
On the occasion, Dr. Al-Turki delivered a speech in which he calls for the understanding of the Holy Quran and working according to its provisions and purposes, noting the efforts of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take care of the Holy Quran in addition to the keenness of its leadership to patronize the domestic and international contests of the memorization of the Holy Quran.
