Qa'dah 18, 1431, Oct 26, 2010, SPA -- U.S. President Barack Obama takes a break from campaigning for Democratic candidates Tuesday, meeting with officials at the White House, the administration said. In the morning, President Obama will receive the daily briefings, then, meet with senior advisers, the daily schedule indicated. The president is scheduled to meet with Defense Secretary Robert Gates in the afternoon, the United Press International (UPI) reported. President Obama has been crisscrossing the country, campaigning for candidates in the weeks leading up to the mid-term elections on November 2.
