Meetings of the Standing Committee of Arab Culture kick off

Qa'dah 16, 1431 H/Oct 24, 2010, SPA -- Meetings of the Standing Committee of the Arab Culture began here today to discuss a number of issues related to the development of culture in the Arab world and the project of the Arab cultural capitals and its future among other topics.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Jasser, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia headed these meetings held at the level of the Ministries' Undersecretaries in preparation for the 17th round of the Conference of Ministers responsible for culture in the Arab World, which will be hosted by the Qatari capital on 27-28 October, 2010.
