Minister of Finance Meets State Secretary for Economic Affairs of Switzerland

Qa'dah 15, 1431 / Oct. 23, 2010, SPA -- Minister of Finance Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf met here today Jean-Daniel Gerber, the State Secretary for Economic Affairs of Switzerland, who is currently visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During the meeting, they discussed ways of enhancing relations between the two countries in the fields of economy and commerce. They also discussed the requirements of Basel agreements met by banking sector of both countries with regard to the capital adequacy for banks and risk management.
The meeting was attended by a number of officials.
